This page explains what we collect when you shop with ZaYon Wooden Watches or contact us, and how we use it, in line with the Jamaica Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and, for delivery, your address, so we can make, send and support your order.
- Any engraving text and notes you give us with an order.
- Messages you send through our contact form.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use it
Only to process and deliver your order, keep you updated about it, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our email provider (order and message emails) and, when you choose delivery, the courier taking your watch to you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
Cookies
Your bag is remembered in your own browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
